Unbelievably poor service from Telkom

For 2 weeks my mother has been labouring with Telkom to fix her telephone line. Every 2nd day there is apparently a technician on their way to sort out the problem. This is clearly an indication of their concern for customer satisfaction. As long as the account is paid, you will just wait kind of attitude. Besides the fact that my mother works from home and her livelihood depends on a functioning stable telephone line for both calling and access to her emails, "YOU WILL JUST WAIT" attitude resounds audibly from their side. This is unacceptable and just blatant poor service.
