UNBELIEVABLY LANDLINE STILL INOP!
Fault no 159CRZ211017....TELKOM this isn't goin away! Three and a half months and counting: NO LANDLINE, NO CALL OR VISIT FROM TELKOM!!

07 Jan 2018, 13:15Igsaan....thanks for the standard response I now get week after week. Please try and assist. The technicians don't come to my residence but "clear" the fault without even checking that the landline is working.....is this so it doesn't look too bad from Telkom's side? HOWEVER THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.....LANDLINE STILL INOP....fault logged again. Will review again in one week!
