UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have been trying to load data for an hour, a whole 60 minutes, and it keeps saying the service is unavailable. For the amount of money we pay for data the service should be impeccable, what telkom is providing now is not even the bare minimum, we should not be complaining about such trivial thing from such a big company... nyasdelela nina ngeke!
