Unbelievable, Telkom!

I have one month to go to the due date in order to upgrade one of my contracts with Telkom which is around R239 p/m.

So I went to the Telkom store in the lakeside mall today and queried as to what fee they will charge me to upgrade one month earlier, shockingly to find out that they want to charge me R300 x 4 as they want me to pay more the 3 months of early upgrading as well. I see that as settling your contract and opening a new contract not a very good upgrading bargain if you ask me.

Do they really think if I have to settle my contract I will still continue with their service? I DON'T THINK SO...
