UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! DO YOU HAVE NO CONSCIENCE?

I have had nothing but headaches from Johnny (Johannes) Tshesane of Telkom since January 2015. After my last complaint via Hellopeter, Telkom got Johnny ***) to come to our offices. By that time the previous offer we had signed (but never completed because of Johnny never turning up) had expired. So, on 7 May, Johnny came and offered another package - Telkom Office Basic. Later Johnny sent the quote, and by 18th May all signed documents were returned to him with the expected date of installation being 31/5/2015. On 26 May, Johnny arrived with a document which he said he needed signed to complete the application and I signed it. By about mid-June I noted that the installation of the ADSL etc. had not been done and decided to phone Johnny, he said he was in a meeting and will call me back. Johnny has done this several times since. On 3rd July I sms'd Johnny and he returned my call. As soon as he heard it was me, he made another excuse and cut me short promising to call me back. I sms'd again on 13th July and told him that if I do not receive installation of my package within a week I will contact Telkom. No response received to date. Is this how you treat a children's home?
