unbelievable poor service

The service telkom provides is pathetic!you wait for an operator for at least 15min to give no joy.we app**** for a telkom line 10 thousands years ago....not even funny.some guy said it will happen within 7working days only to phone in AGAIN and then portia from sales checks and says it cannot happen due to...some..i dont even know..<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> .i cannot believe the service delivery that telkom provides.just this morning telkom has over 50 complaints.this is alarmimg!!i would like a call back and an explanation today!!
