Unbelievable pathetic service.
Extremely poor services front telkom staff. The amount of times I call telkom and get told lies is unbelievable , and worse each time I call the staff is telkom a new story , even having a staff tell me that it's not they problem. Extremely *********** and pathetic service .

18 Dec 2019, 23:43After doing a manuel payment for the month is August I've been treated to *********** service from telkom , constantly having to phone the call center after been billed incorrect , I'm told each time a different story , I even spoken to the last call center agent who put me on hold for over an hour , before I was asked to rate the service , and I wasn't even assisted , I was even told by another call center agent that is not the fault...
I'm sick of the terrible service , I would like my money refunded back to me , cause I wasn't even owing you any money... I'd like for someone to call me back immediately.
Also.if the staff is unhappy at the call center they shouldn't work there , as your customers we are promised good services...not to be treated ill .
