Unbelievable overcharge of R18****!!!!!

<p>Last year I took a Samsung mini tab with Telkom and added spending limint of R200. Liked the service and decided to add to my account an iPhone 7 plus that I took in October going for R799 plus an additional payment aspend limit of a R100.</p> <p>This month I was supposed to be roughly charged roughly +-R1 250, but NOO....I was charged R18 318.97. The post traumatic I went through, my bank balance being on minus, on top of that all the my debits go off same day as their debit order, and now for every debit bounced its gonna cost me R115.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I'm broke for the next 24 hours, and all I was told was to go and fix it myseld to the bank and a case has been created. </p> <p> </p> <p>This really unacceptable from the debit order department.</p>
