Unbelievable is not even CLOSE !!!

We want to make a Business Contract regarding internet. Almost 2/3 weeks we've been struggling to get ANY kind of service from the consultants in the shop as well as the Manager. There is NO feedback whatsoever and when WE go and find out what's happening with our deal only then will we be informed that the deal we want is not for business use, documents short, signatures short and so forth. Today we found out that the application has not even been processed yet. One can't complain about the service because there is NONE!! The consultants are totally *********** as to they have no clue what package deal to sell to a business. And don't let me start on the bad attitude/people skills when we're in the shop. When we phoned the Manager she makes this nippy comment that maybe we are indecisive or maybe they still await our feedback, documents, signatures, etc. But as mentioned we don't receive any feedback. Needless to say this is pathetic, utterly and completely unacceptable. What does one have to do just to get a little bit of service?
