Unbelievable how Telkom treats senior citizens

<p>This will be my 5th complaint on Hellopeter, and it will be going into 5 weeks now and my problem is still not resolved even though they are sending me emails and calling me telling me that a technician will be sent out. My number has been given to someone else and i have no landline for over a month now, have sent numerous requests regarding my problem and 5 hellopeter complaints- Reference AI ********** , telephone number ********** </p>
