Unbelievable - How did you ever get the Monopoly?

Call Centre-Useless, average waiting time +-45 minutes every time. Must have contacted them over 10 times!!!<br> No one takes responsibility!!!<br> No one knows what they are doing!!!<br> No communication, yet you are a telecommunications company!!!<br> No installation twice, after it was confirmed via sms twice!!! Are you going to pay me back for 2 days salary as I sat at home waiting for an installation which did not happen??? <br> Order no. ***<br> Escalation request no. 687388<br> Why should I not go to your competition, would you even care if I did???<br> <br> I want my line installed and I want you to call me when there is someone waiting outside my house. You can wait for me to drive home from work because I am not going to waste more time sitting around.
