Unbelievable attitude of telkom store manager

ok so 2 weeks ago i visted the telkom walk in store in lenasia and was not assisted properly i spent over two hours in the store and because the agent still couldnt awnser any of my question i left confused about the package i wanted to take , then today i went back to the same store to the telkoms supervisors distate and personal ************** against me because i asked for a specific consultant to assist and i advised her that i would be happy to wait on Aswins availability for my assistance to which she remarked oh so you'd rather wait on colored guys to assist you then any other consultant. I rep**** that ashwin also works for telkom and her racial attitude towards me is not called for , I was an unhappy customer because the last time I entered the store I was there for 2 hours. In any every I want to add that Ashwin did assist and resolve my query I was there for only 30min at most and I after i finished with him I told his supervisor Fifi Mello not to be so ****** towards her colored staff and walk in customers since telkom has nothing to do with the race of staff or telkom customers. I found her attitude completely ridiculous and even asked for her managers details to which she refused.
