Unbelievable

<p>Hi</p> <p>I needed to replace my existing contract and scouted around for a cell phone I required which was at the Telkom direct shops.</p> <p>I tried to called to find out if they had stock so I could go sign a deal. I should had seen by none of the stores from Musgrave, Overport,Umhlanga, Ballito with the exception of City view and Westwood mall not answering their phone I was in for bad customer service. I app**** on line but was told that they cannot complete my order since the cell that I required was not in stock and I should go into a store. Well no one answers their phone so in this age of modern technology you would need to drive to a store. Which I did I had to apply again at the Musgrave store was told there was no stock but will inform me when they did. More than two weeks passed by but since no one answers their phone you need to be inconvenienced again. I was shopping as Ballito and saw a Telkom outlet and asked them if they had stocks of the cell I was looking for which they did I app**** and received my cell together with that I purchased a router which which they did not have stocks of. I was fine to wait for it. I requested for my existing cell number to be ported. Ms Ngema who was helpful said she cannot do it the same day but was going on leave and would leave it with her colleagues to do it the next day. I was fine and left the store I waited for two weeks it did not happen nor did I have any information regarding the router. I went to the store on the 8 August 2016 and told them my number is still not ported. To date I carry two cell phones with me since I don't know when it is going to be done. Well as for the router was told no stock sorry.</p> <p>I am amazed by the customer service of these Telkom outlets. I can't fathom why they can think they don't need customers. All I need is my cell number to be ported and my router to be given to me it is part of my contract.</p>
