Unbelievable

I app**** for a adsl line in October or beginning of November,paul ( contractor ) phones me tells me he wants to install the modem at my residence everything is already working,I told paul its been to long as its in end of January and do not want this deal anymore he said fine he will cancel it, 3 days goes by and a lady phones me from telkom and I tell her the same thing I wish to cancel as its been to long she said fine it will be cancelled ,now on the 9th of april you send me a invoice and will be billing me the 25th for a service I do not have ,I do not have a modem, I do not even have the correct fittings for the new telephones, *** telkom??? And the invoice states that I live in 22 t****r street which in fact I live in number 42 t****r Street, so I am just wondering do the people in number 22 t****r street are they enjoying something at my expense?????
