Unbelievable

I went to Telkom because of the great deals advertised. Selected a phone and the deal was it comes with a power bank. The consultant said should have power-bank within a few days went ahead with contract. Few day later went into store and queried about power-bank was told do not know when it will arrive. Asked for a manager but wasn't unavailable. The person sent email to manager and to myself highlighting the issue been a week now and not a response from the manager. How pathetic is this ? IS THIS NOT FALSE ADVERTISING?
