Don't use telkom. DONT. There should be a ZERO star rating for this shocking company. THREE days to simply cancel my DSL line to migrate over to Afrihost. Their www site is ****, kicks you out often, phoning in and waiting over 2 and half hours to try and get this right, now on day three THREE ! Billing to sales to technical, the aunties and genties that answer have to constantly ask for help and you can hear them jabbering away, no one really knows, then I have to phone sales again because they cannot transfer you internally and if you want to rate their disgusting service you simply get cut off. It is like slow cancer this parastatal company, the sooner we are free of this the better for my health!
