Unbearable service, no turnaround time, terrible service all round

<p>I'm struggling to get an ITC number from Telkom Mobile, I requested that they block my phone on Tuesday, I called in twice, in the morning spoke to a lady buy the name Honey. I called on Tuesday evening to follow up. Had to submit my details again, I called again this morning, my phone still isnt blocked. The lady i spoke with today Lesego Khonkhe said that I will get the ITC, yet nothing has come through. Yet they were quick to suspend by account. Most terrible service next to Cell C surance. when you sign up with Telkom and Cell C, you must increase your life cover and death benefits, you are bound to die from a Heart attack and Stroke.</p>
