Unaware Enquiry on ITC

Could someone , please ...from Telkom Mobile - Head of Customer Services make me understand why there is an enquiry on my Bureau Profile without my consent. Hence I do not recognise applying for any of your cell services, recently !? Please remove the enquiry immediately !!! Thus, It's affecting my Credit Profile and I do not need this right now. !
