Unavailable assistance

Telkom has the worst customer experience ever. My router is not connecting. I have been calling the call centre non stop and my call is never picked up. The last straw was when i was waiting 17min for my call to be picked up. These are small things that makes people leave a certain service because when you need help the business is not available. If there is a network issue why not send mass communication to customers to show you are aware and to avoid volumes of calls.
