Unavailability of advertised goods.

I am attempting to upgrade my cell phone account at telkom but they seem to be out of stock on the upper models of Samsung and have been for some time now. They advertise these phones but if you enquire, the answer remains " sorry, no stock" with no idea when it will be available. I can understand that supply can be a problem if an item is in demand but then you should stop advertising. I, as a long time client of telkom is very dissatisfied 😒
