Unauthorized upgrades

I have had my contract with Telkom for 4 years and suddenly they decide to make changes and upgrades without my authorization and absolutely no one at 081 180, 10213, 10210, ***, ***, *** can suddenly resolve this? This is just absurd that I even need to write a review for service I pay thousands for.
