Unauthorized Subscriptions On My Invoice.

My experience with Telkom is disappointing. I have a number of products with them. My bill is different every month. There's always unauthorized subscriptions on my invoice. Those unauthorized subscriptions make it difficult to plan my finances. It's starting to affect my credit record. I went to my local Telkom branch. However, my issue cannot be resolved.
