Unauthorized Payment

Hi. So I owed TELKOM R2025.00 because I have a contract with them. It was paid on the 23 of November 2018 and I've been waiting for my line to be restored but to no success till today. Each day I spoke to a consultant who reassured me that in 24hours my line would be reactivated but it's still blocked DESPITE ME GIVING THEM MORE THAN 14 BUSINESS DAYS to restored my line & To my surprise a further amount of R2250.00 gets debited from my account today & my line is still blocked. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK ALL THANX TO YOUR *********** STAFF!!! AND I DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!
