Unauthorized instalment

I was overcharged twice, how can 10GB cost R599 whereas I was told that it will only cost R99. I'm so livid right now and I don't want cause chaos at one of their if they don't contact me or refund immediately. I want an explanation as to how my instalment went from R99 to R599.
