Unauthorized *****elent orders

I had an unauthorized contact details change with Telkom and then also an order (service) placed which I complained to through the chat service of Telkom. The Telkom agent that assisted corrected my details. Or so I thought, a couple of hours later I received a sms notifying me of contact details changed again to the ******** details. I then visited a Telkom shop, where the agent assisting verified another order/service has been placed while I was with her apparently trough the call center. She escalated (emailed) the unauthorized orders against my name to presumably the ***** dept. with no response! Could you please cancel these 2 unauthorized orders against my name?!?
