Unauthorized deductions from my bank account

I have had two mobile accounts with Telkom which had come to and end and I opted not to upgrade nor continue these contracts. On 29-03-2016 an amount of R913.50 was deducted from my bank account by Telkom. Upon inquiry, I was informed that I was unfortunately erroneously charged for ad-on internet bundles and this would be rectified by a \consultant\" who would need a \"turn-around time\" of 72 working hours.

Despite follow up calls to the call center, I have to date had no contact nor resolution of this matter, no refund, not even an apology for the inconvenience and negative implications this has had to my credit profile and my available cash flow.

After two years of paying two contracts that were basically a waste of money as their network coverage in my area was and remains putrid, I am even MORE frustrated with sudden unauthorized deductions that is not being resolved.

Since the call center can do nothing more than \"log\" a request, is there anyone else from this company that can actually assist me with this matter? A simple feedback or progress sms would have gone a long way but it seems that is way to much to ask.

"
