Unauthorized deductions

I had contract with Telkom, and my contract has ended. I have phoned plenty of times and still they deduct from my account. I have asked to cancel my contract and then nothing comes from me calling to end the payments that is taken. I also have a contract with my land line that means nothing because it has not been working from installing and its been a year now. I pay for nothing. I am tired of phoning with no results. PLEASE CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS!
