Unauthorized debits - Telkom

Hi does anyone know what the details are for the collections department? These so called 'professionals' have been going into my account beforehand, causing an unpaid fee. I called customer care, seems as if 'Lerato Aphane' has her ducks in a row. Knows just how to speak her company out of trouble, or so she thought. It's obvious that these people have been doing this for years, messing people around, breaking contract rules. I am so ready to cancel this contract. Please DO NOT EVER get into business with Telkom.
