Unauthorized debits on my account Telkom

I don't have a account with Telkom, but in November last year they debited R740 from my account. Then December they debited again R1478. I went to the offices and I was told I have 2 routers with them which i never had. They told me to go and write and affidavit which I submitted to them but I'm still being called abd told I must pay or i will be blacklisted. Case number on affidavit is ***9. Reference number from Telkom 1****1180.

Kindly assist me in this matter.
