unauthorized debits on bank account
<p>I took out an account with telkom mobile few months ago and was charged pro rata my first debit went off well and my initial debit amount was going to R209...now I see they are taking money from my account...I think telkom mobile is the worst network to be on and I will never recommend it to anyone...I have endless problems with them...I will be going legal with this matter. </p>

Good day I am very upset with the service I receive from telkom when I called the Agent to ask if I have been debited for the month previous to this month I was told that I was debited now I already had it to my knowledge that my account was paid hence I would like to have my money back for the month because I was told it was paid...This was a problem on your side and my money was available right through the month...You guys cannot debit me when you feel it is suitable for you and without informing me my calls were recorded in the call centre and if you play them back you will hear that the Agent made it clear that my account was debited..urgent feedback is requested as I have already made arrangements to make it a legal matter of theft against telkom
