Unauthorized debits

How do you get in contact with someone to dispute an unauthorized debit order? All the call center no's just takes you in circles and the online assist system is constantly offline.

I cancelled my contract with Telkom due to poor service and now 7 month after it has all been sorted, I have to suffer yet again with you. How do you debit a contract that has been cancelled for 7 months!?
