Unauthorized debits

They keep debting my account on random dates with different references and when the returns I am charged R150. In August they debited about 6 times and it returned. I requested calls on the useless site. I was called on one day I cannot recall the date, but it was also some days after I made an arrangement for payment, this consultant was so offended that I actually have a damn job and was in a meeting at the time requesting a call back. Rudely said okay and Bye! Next thing I am being debited randomly. I have notified you that I am in the process of getting it done and I respectfully request my debit returns refunded as well.

I do not recall agreeing to the amounts they even trying to debit as well as the dates it is requested on.

I made an arrangement and would like to stick to it as you should have the call recording. I have a job and I do not have time or airtime to call to correct your ********* actions.
