Unauthorized debits
I updated my banking details with Telkom and all of a sudden an extra debit order for 155.00 was debited on the 30th. My debit date is the 25th, Telkom processed a debit order on the 24th which was unpaid and extra bank charges were added, they then debited my subs on the 25th, debit order went through. Who is supposed to pay the extra bank charges because you debit my account when you feel like it. I want answers... And I don't know why I was debited the 155.00 on the 30th.

04 Sept 2018, 07:10I just received an SMS to say that my debit order was unsuccessful however I was debited on the 25th from the new account , the Telkom debit order is showing on my bank statement however the lady I just spoke to Toniel over the phone just told me that the debit order was unsuccessful, funny enough because I still have funds in my ***
