Unauthorized debitorder

Worst experience I ever had. This people have no idea how to deal with customers nor handle complains. My Debitorder date is been set for the 30th of the month but this people take it when ever they feel like it. The end of January it only run on the 5th Febuary. By then I already make payment at Pick a Pay. Now again they charge me a unpaid debit order charge of R202.70 as I stop the debitorder with my bank as it have already been paid. They busy destroying my credit rating secondly charging me for their uncompidence. This is unacceptable. I stop my debit order with immidiate effect and will take the responsibilty upon myself to make payment monthly. Further more await a credit for the amount of R202.70 I spoke to Nosiphiwe Maqa (N)
