Unauthorized Debit Orders from Capitec

Hi

Telkom is failing to deactivate thier sim contracts that were opened using my details without my consent nor permission. Its been a while now contacting Telkom SA trying to beg them to cancel their contracts that were opened with no luck. I did everything they requested me to do ,but they're still debiting my money every month claiming I have 3 sim contracts with them.please help
