Unauthorized debit orders

Telkom,my contracts with Telkom were cancelled May of 2020, and they kept deducting R100,and I have explained so many times with the agents to help me but none of them could help me, the keep on pointing me to a number that was not active for 2years, I tried ato explain to them but couldn't help, so I decided to stop and dispute telkom debit orders for months now,today I am waking up to R377 deducted from my account for what?, i am no longer working, Corona has crippled some of us and Telkom is causing us depression hle...Telkom pay back my money.
