Unauthorized debit orders by Telkom mobile nuisance in my life

I am so disgusted by Telkom mobile, I don't have or never app**** for a cellphone contract with this mobile provider. I have only one contract with Cell C for the past 7 years. My story goes like this, in October 2020 my account was debited with R1339 from Telkom mobile and I took the matter with them so politely and I advised them that this is a ********** account and the consultant told me to go to the police station and write up an affidavit and email it to them together with a certified copy of my ID, of which I did. They opened a case of ***** and they will update me. I have never received an update. I took the matter further by approaching Consumer Protection of which seemed to settle my issue, a person by the name of Songesizwe Jonas rep**** on email saying they are busy with the investigation till this day no feedback. Fast forward to March 2021 a new debit of R1299 was taken off on again on my account by Telkom mobile and reverse the amount. This didn't solve my issue yet again in April on the 26 an new amount of R6297 was once again debited against my account. The reference number from Consumer Protection is JDWE06MD was logged in 2020. I don't know if this company and its employees are illiterate or they don't understand what does ***** mean. I don't have any association with this company. Let's see if they will reply to this review
