Unauthorized Debit Orders

There is money incorrectly debited from my account by telkom. I have opened a case and produced a signed affidavit from the SAPS. On the 1st of April 2021 here is the case number I received ***0, I then came back again on the 1st of May 2021 and here is the case number I got below, ***6.

Please expedite this for me as I always have to reverse debit orders which is a huge inconvenience.
