Unauthorized debit orders

Last year I complained about Telkom that they keep going into my account debiting money and I don’t have any contract with them I’m getting huge amounts of bank charges for unsuccessful debit orders and getting calls that im handed over, when I call The call center the consultants make me hold and never come back I ask you management or ombudsman number they just keep transferring me to nowhere. My credit score is affected by this please help
