Unauthorized debit order!! I want my money Telkom Mobile!!

Took out a contract on 13/05/2021(upgrade) and have had endless problems with my billing and a false contract in comparison to the call recording. I want my refund of R199.00 x 3 months as per below descriptive information or matter will be escalated to the ombudsman considering I have 10 proof of communication since July 2021 and this is still not resolved.

15/07/2021 @ 13:13pm Services Agent: nonjabulo geelie Manager : sanele dlamini - 2-5 hours Was told to call 10213 – cannot assist

Sales Agent: thobile Was told to call 081180 opt 3, opt 2 Cannot assist

Cancellations/dispute Agent: Christina Nduli SLA 2-5 hours Logging a dispute.

20/07/2021 11:48 call from *** Contract will be changed to top up as sold to me. Will call back once changes are effected.

06/08/2021 @10:50 Called Telkom, it is changed to top up for R504.00!!!!!!!????? Agent: Kensani Ngobeni I asked to speak to manager as my top up contract is for R305.00 Jhb branch: Sibongile Malinga To call/email on Monday 09/08/2021

Sms 16/08/2021 Good day Ms Boodhram, I did escalate your query and the issue was resolved yesterday 15/08/2021. They passed a credit of R199, new balance is R305. Please call 081180 by 30/08/2021 to confirm your deduction amount.

17/08/2021 Agent: Sithembile Shabangu Debit order date was changed to 5th without consent. Make manual payment of R305.00 on 20/08/2021 and debit will not run on 05/09/2021. Confirmed amount going forward is R305.00 Sms sent to me with banking details. Credit for June and July instalments will only reflect on next invoice for September. Contract end date 23/05/2023.

27/09/2021 10:48am Agent: Phulane Mrasi Debited R504 on 20/09/2021 instead of R305.00 again!!!! R199 to be refunded. Refund also due for June and July. (R199 x2) - not received!!!!!!! Dispute *** Turnaround time: 24-48 hours
