Unauthorized debit order

Extremely disappointed with Telkom Device Insurance. I cancelled my policy before month-end, yet they still debited my account — not just the normal premium, but DOUBLE the amount.

I provided full proof of the debit and the deduction, including screenshots, but their support kept giving excuses, avoided the issue, and asked for unnecessary documents even though the debit is clearly visible on their side.

No explanation, no accountability, and still no refund. Their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and makes the whole process a nightmare.

If you’re thinking about using Telkom Insurance, be very careful. Getting proper assistance or your money back is almost impossible.
