Unauthorized Debit Order

I just had a debit order go off my account for R1300. No idea what this is for. I have tried calling hundreds of different number with no success. Can't get through to anyone at all.

I work for a telecoms company myself and cannot belive how difficult it is to speak to a human at Telkom.

I will never ever recommend Telkom to anyone.
