Unauthorized debit order, Breach in contract

I have two contracts with telkom, one is for my mobile phone which I pay R199pm and the other is for my wifi contract which I pay R299pm. The breakdown of the contracts are as follows, on the mobile phone 100 anytime minutes and 1 gig data and the wifi contract 15gigs.

So in total, I pay R498pm. This is what I budget for every month. To my amazament, Telkom has debitted my account for R498 and an additional R1070.

When I took out the contracts I made it very clear with the sales consultant that this all I want to pay per month and I dont want any surprizes. She agreed and advised 'Yes sir, all you will be paying a month is R498 '

Since Telkom have debitted an additonal amount, the contract is invalid, as this is a breach in contract.

Telkom can collect their phone and wifi router from me
