Unauthorized debit order

I'm really frustrated, Telkom has been debiting my account together with their debt collectors and I called to cancel my contract only to find out that was never done, now the debit has gone off again and they say it's debt collectors, how did it even get to debt collectors when I was still paying fine....this is nonsense really I'm glad my term is over with this company. Never again and wouldn't recommend anyone.
