unauthorized debit order

I have cancelled my contract on the date it ends, since Telkom is know to keep someone in the contract after it is supposed to stop.

I called waited hours to make sure it was done correctly, but apparently they can not do their own simple things. Now I have a full amount debit order for no reason.
