Unauthorized Debit Order

I was woken up by an unauthorized debit order from Telkom for R2 500. I do not have a contract with Telkom whatsoever. I have been to the store to dispute a previous debit order from them and I was advised that my matter has been referred to the ***** department. TELKOM, what is happening? Why can this matter not be resolved?
