UnAuthorized Debit Order

Telkom deducted R2400 from my account for nothing. When I called on 15/02 they said i would be refunded in 24hrs. I called again on 17/02 to follow up, I spoke to Violet Matlou who said I would be refunded on 19/02, so when I call again today to follow up I spoke to Masego Morebodi who tells me its gonna be next week. So by now I am tired of hearing different stories, I ask for a manager, they she tells me that she is still busy on a call and will call me back of which i still have not received a from this manager by the name of Latoya Parker, even the Floor Manager Tshegofatso Mabe. Do they actually understand that they are messing around with peoples livelihoods!!!!!
