Unauthorized debit order

Telkom is unduly debiting from my account even after 24 months have elapsed for the contract of which a months notice was rightfully given that I will not renew.

The references for cancelling the contract are ********** 5 and ********** 9. Desist from any debit orders with immediate effect your actions contrary to National consumer protection act.
