I missed a payment and when I went to the store to pay my account I was told I don't have to worry about it they'll just take double at the end of the following month (which would've been R610) and. When my next debit date came the money wasn't taken and a couple of days later I received an sms saying I'm in areas and now owe telkom R1088. I called to inquire about that they explained and told me to pay R617.12 before my next debit date so that I get debited R407.12 on the debit date. I went and paid the said amount on the 15th of September but I still got smses that suggested telkom was still trying to debit my account the initial R1088. So I called a few days before my pay day to ask them to update my account and they agreed that the money had reflected and that I won't experience any problems with them. My pay day came and they took R1088 from my account. So I called again and I was told they'll bring it back after 72 working hours which is equivalent to 9 days. Can someone please assist with this nonsense because even the 1088 didnt make sense to me and this has inconvenienced me so much. Please help
