Unauthorized debit order
<p>i app**** for iPhone 7 and it was delivered on the 30th of December for monthly payment of R900 and then a debit order went through for R1706 when I phoned I was told it's pro rata for December the two days when I received phone it resulted to R806 which doesn't make sense. The invoice I received for December dated 1st till 31st however I only got phone on the 30th then January 1st till 31st and January month hasn't ended yet. As far as I know the December money cannot be full subscription money and debit order run in arrears not upfront. I want this query to be investigated and thorough feedback should be granted.telkom has a tendency of resolving queries without contacting customers.</p>
